Chandelier Haven Return Policy

At Chandelier Haven, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt.

Return Guidelines:

1. Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
2. Documentation: To initiate a return, please take clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
3. Submission: Email your pictures along with your order number and a brief description of the issue to chandelierhaven@gmail.com.
4. Return Process: Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions for returning the item.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense.
